The first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms– one with shower and one with jacuzzi tub/shower. The second floor hosts the master bedroom and spacious master bath. From every room there are views of the ocean. The living area and kitchen are blended in an open space that facilitates an informal environment for entertaining. The kitchen features a 12′ counter with room for people to gather and prepare food together, perch on bar stools, or just enjoy the fireplace and ocean views.

Available for rent by the week or month. The house is rented for the Summer 2010 season, but is still available Aug. 16-26 at the summer rental rate.
