Great for families and groups who want to get away from the city’. House has 2 KAYAKS and 2 BICYCLES. CABLE + DVD player with 100+movies +WIFI. Right on the bay, 20 yards from launch area for kayaks (lessons available from qualified instructors if interested). Large wrap around deck, also has a cozy FIREPLACE and large gas BBQ. QUIET, PRIVATE and safe location. Good winter alternative to catskills.

$350* for any weekends between Jan 28- March 31 2012(except Feb 18 to Feb 20 is $450 + $50 for each additional perperson),

It may be raining and freezing now! But sunshine and summer are right around the corner.

Enjoy a wonderful, relaxing time at a great, fully equipped, charming 3 bedroom rental in Kismet, Fire Island. It is a fantastic place for a group of friends, a family or a couple(s).

We have a few full weeks (including weekends) available in June and mostly mid weeks (Monday through Friday rentals) available throughout July, August and early September. Mid weeks are the ultimate time to be out on Fire Island….its relaxing, tranquil, peaceful (so different than the Hamptons vibe) but then there are many fun, social events, great restaurants, bars, live music to keep you entertained too. We are a close walk to the other towns of Fair Harbor, Saltaire and Ocean Beach.

BUT the the best thing about our rental is the most spectacular sunset view from the roof deck, where you can see the gorgeous bay views and marina, enjoy a cocktail, read a book, etc. Truly the best view in Kismet!

The house is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, gas BBQ, linens, towels, beach supplies, brand new Flat Screen TV with DirecTV, DVD player. . .We have 2 decks and outdoor shower. The house sleeps up to 6 people.
